Choosing your surface
What is the difference between quartz, printed quartz and porcelain?
Quartz is an engineered surface made with natural quartz, minerals and resin. Printed quartz uses high definition digital printing to place realistic natural stone patterns directly onto a standard quartz base. Porcelain worktops are man made surfaces manufactured from a compressed blend of natural raw minerals & refined clays.

How can I request samples?
Use our sample request form and list up to three colours, along with your contact and delivery details. Our team can help if you are unsure which surfaces to choose.
Will the colour look exactly like the website image?
Screen settings, lighting and image cropping can affect how a colour appears. Kitchen renders illustrate how a surface could look in a room. Use a physical sample and a viewing of the full slab to assess the colour, texture and pattern for your project.
Where can I find slab sizes, finishes and thicknesses?
Each colour page has a Technical information section and a downloadable datasheet. Availability and specifications vary by colour, so check the relevant page and confirm your requirements with our team before ordering.

Care & warranty
How should I clean and protect my quartz worktop?
For everyday cleaning, use soapy water or a neutral mild detergent with a soft cloth or sponge, rinse and dry. Use chopping boards and trivets: quartz is heat and scratch resistant, but it is not heatproof or scratch-proof. Read our aftercare guidance for cleaning products and further precautions.
How do I register my warranty?
Visit the warranty page to read the terms and complete the registration form. You will need your purchase details and a valid receipt or invoice from an approved fabricator. The 10-year manufacturer warranty is subject to the terms and exclusions set out on that page.
